Who we are

Nordica Scheduled Sales is a Shopify app made by Variegata Nordica (Mallory Berthomé). Questions about this policy or your data: mallory.berthome@gmail.com.

What the app stores

• Your store’s address and Shopify access, so the app can open in your Shopify admin and change prices when a sale starts or ends.
• Your sales: name, discount, dates, chosen products and options.
• A record of every price it changes: for each variant in a sale, its title, original price, compare-at price and sale price, so the original price can be put back exactly when the sale ends.
• Your plan (Free or Pro), time zone and currency.
• Messages you send with “Contact support” or “Suggest an improvement”, and the email address if you add one.
• Technical error reports: your store’s address, the page and the error, so problems can be fixed.

What the app changes in your store

Only product variant prices and compare-at prices, for the products you put on sale, and only between the start and end you choose. With the Pro “Sale page” option it also adds and removes one product tag and creates a “Sale” collection. It never changes anything else.

Orders and your customers

For sale results and “end after a number sold” (Pro), the app reads orders to count items sold and revenue for the products in a sale. It reads only quantities, products and amounts; it doesn’t read or store names, addresses, emails or any other information about your customers. Nothing from orders is saved except those totals while the page is shown.

Who processes the data

Cloudflare hosts the app and its database. Shopify provides the store data and handles billing. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and the app uses no tracking or analytics.

How long it is kept

When you uninstall the app, your sign-in data is deleted at once. Everything else linked to your store (sales, price records, messages) is deleted when Shopify asks for it to be erased, 48 hours after uninstalling. You can ask for your support messages to be deleted at any time.
